To enable us to offer such low prices we take full payment before proceeding. This payment is fully refundable under our 'no quibble' guarantee. We take all payments by cheque or bank transfer all monies must be cleared prior to commencement of work on your website  

 

 

The set packages

Our website packages are complete service items including all the features listed in each items description.

We will not charge any additional fees other than that is stated so you can rest assured that your budget is safe.

If your requirements exceed those offered under the packages then we will contact you to discuss further. Requirements for heavy database systems or additional web applications are not included but we will propose an alternative price (at the lowest rates) if this is the case. If you do not agree to this or anything else, you money will be refunded within 10 working days.

The Hosting

All sites will be hosted on our servers enabling us to fully support your website. If you wish to host you own site then you must contact us for a quotation for your site and you should not proceed further from this point.

Your hosting is included for 1 year and must be renewed after the first 12 months at the rates described in the package description. One month before your first year is up you will be contacted with an invoice for the following years hosting. This must be paid before the end of your first 12 month period. Failure to stick to this will mean the loss of hosting for your website.

You have up to 5 email addresses included in your hosting package.

Buy Now, Use Later Policy

You can take advantage of this offer now and have 12 months from the date of your purchase to make use of our service. After that period of time we will not refund any moneys paid.

Money Back guarantee

If you are not happy with our service before your site goes live we will stop work and give you a full refund of your money.

Up to 7 days after your site has gone live, if you are not happy with the result you have been given, you may contact us and we will close the site down and give you a full refund of your money. This offer does not apply after the 7 day money back period.

In all cases, money refunds take up to 10 working days.
